A fixed price cannot be guaranteed. Price changes may occur, depending on your time of order. This is due to different package prices and upcoming offers.
Prices are available at www.moaching.com, and payment can be made via credit card.
Membership payments are prepaid.
Moaching reserves the right to change the subscription prices on an ongoing basis. But maximum by 3% annually.
Your account information, which is collected through the purchase of Moaching services, is sent securely through Clearhouse and their encryption form, which is reserved for you and Clearhouse only. This ensures that unauthorized persons cannot view or store your personal information.
Your subscription is only valid for the period for which you have prepaid.
Moaching provides relevant information from third parties to you through the application and www.moaching.com. This information is not controlled by Moaching IVS, as such Moaching IVS is not responsible for this content.
As a user of Moaching, you are solely responsible for your own health. Moaching provides no advice on training or diet. However, Moaching always recommends that specialists and clients consult their own doctor before starting training and diet programs.
Moaching is not considered a specialist’s fitness, training or diet program or form of health care. If you suffer from any medical condition, or you think you are suffering from a medical condition, do not use Moaching’s services before consulting your doctor.
The nutritional content reported through Moaching’s services is provided from a third party, which has not been investigated and verified by Moaching. Moaching therefore does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.
USE OF MOACHING´S SERVICES
By using Moaching’s services you agree to:
Your information is accurate and correct
If you, as a specialist, use Moaching inappropriately, Moaching may disable your membership and remove the material where no refund of your subscription will occur. However, Moaching does not accept the obligation to monitor the contents of the user material.
Your membership is personal and must not be shared with others. You are responsible for ensuring that your user information is not available to others and properly stored. Moaching is not responsible for any damage that has occurred in the event of unauthorized access to your personal Moaching account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, Moaching’s customer service must be contacted immediately.
Moaching is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16
You must not contribute any propaganda, religious and / or political views, or contribute any information that in any way contains or entails incitement to racial hatred, child pornography or pornography using our services.
Moaching has the right, at any time, to contact you and request documentation that your user information is correct. If this documentation cannot be presented, Moaching may close your account without refund of your subscription payment.
Moaching may collect statistics on age and other information provided at Moaching through the app or website. This data will be used in 100% anonymous form, and thus cannot be linked to your profile.
If the above conditions are abused, this will result in the termination of your account and membership, with no refund of your subscription.
RESERVATIONS FOR CHANGES
Moaching IVS reserves the right to change and update the terms and conditions applicable to Moaching’s services. It is your responsibility to keep up-to-date on any changes.

HOW TO EXECUTE YOUR RIGHTS
Moaching ensures that your personal information is accurate and up-to-date. If you live in the European Economic Area, you have certain rights to the personal information we have collected about you. YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING RIGHTS:
Right to access your personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR):
You have the right to receive our confirmation of whether we process your personal data, as well as access to the personal information and related information relating to this processing (e.g. the purposes of the processing or categories of personal data involved).
Right to rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR):
You have the right to have personal data corrected in regards to the law
Right to deletion (Article 17 of the GDPR):
You have the legal right to ask us to delete your personal data. This right may, among other things, be exercised: (i) If your personal information is no longer required to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, (ii) if you withdraw the consent that is the basis of the processing, cf. Article 6 (1) (1) (a) or Article 9 (1) (a); 2, paragraph (a) of the GDPR, and there is no other legal basis for the processing; (iii) if you object to the treatment under Article 21 (2). 1 of the GDPR, and there are no legitimate reasons for the processing of data tor you object to the treatment under Article 21 (1). 2 of the GDPR, or (iv) if your personal data has been processed illegally.
Right to limitation of management (Article 18 of the GDPR):
You have the right to obtain limitation of management if any of the following conditions apply: The accuracy of your personal data is contested, the processing is illegal, oppose the deletion of your personal data and request that its use be limited or you has objected to the management under Article 21 (1). 1, in the GDPR, during the period while whether Moaching’s legitimate interests precede your legitimate interests.
Right to data portability (Article 20 of the GDPR):
You are entitled to a structured, commonly understandable and machine-readable format, to receive personal information about yourself that you have provided to us; and you have the right to transfer that information to another data controller. This also applies to direct transmission if technically feasible.
Right to object (Article 21 of the GDPR):
You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data under the law. This right is limited to processing based on Article 6 (1). 1, paragraph (e) or (f) of the GDPR, including profiling based on these provisions and treatment for purposes of direct marketing. After that, we will no longer have the right to process your personal data unless we can demonstrate significant and legitimate reasons for the processing that precedes your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is necessary for legal claims to be established, enforced or justified.
HOW WE CAN PROVIDE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We keep your personal information as long as you have an account or as long as it is necessary to provide our services to you. We also retain your personal information, if necessary, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve conflicts and enforce our agreements.
We will also delete your personal information upon your request.
We take appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect against unauthorized or unlawful processing of personal data and against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access to personal information. Please be aware that we cannot completely avoid the security risks associated with the storage and disclosure of personal data.
Some fitness and wellness data we collect – e.g. the number of hours a sportsman trains, and his or her diet and the like. – can be considered personal health data according to the GDPR and its interpretation of the European Data Protection Supervisors if they are recorded over a longer period.
When we are legally obliged to do so, we will ask for your consent before we provide you with promotional materials or information. When required by local law, and once we have obtained marketing consent, we use the dual sign-up method (confirmation of your email address by email before sending you promotional messages) to confirm your consent. You may revoke your consent at any time (this does not affect the processing of your personal data conducted until revocation). If you no longer wish to receive promotional material or the like, you can unsubscribe at any time.
RIGHT TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT TO THE DATA PROTECTION AGENCY
We encourage you to contact us directly so that we can help you solve your problems. Nevertheless, you have the right to file a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority, especially in the EU Member State where you live, work or where the alleged infringement occurred. You have the right to do so if you believe that the processing of your personal information violates applicable data protection laws.
